All purchases are final and there will be no refunds. Stone Edge Sparkle is not responsible for delayed lost or stolen packages. All ready-made items will ship within 7 to 10 business days. No two items are the same colors and sizes may vary—no guarantee of damage caused during shipping. Please inspect your item within three days of receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective or you receive the wrong item. We address all issues on a case-by-case basis and will try our best to work toward a satisfactory solution. There is no warranty on handcrafted items. Please follow all care instructions that are included with each item. For items made with rhinestones and pearls a kit containing extra stones and glue will be included with each order
